New research finds that the Oceans face ‘triple threat’ of :
🔴extreme heat
🔴oxygen loss
🔴acidification
with more than a third of the ocean surface being particularly vulnerable to threats driven by burning fossil fuel and deforestation.

@BillieBun @CriticalCupcake that’s the problem…people have heard of this for decades, didn’t see the little signs of slight change… what is the saying about boiling frogs very slowly?…. When the doomsday glacier finally falls into the ocean MAYBE then people get tte hint,
