If you want to celebrate or support any minority in any way in the workplace, you have to support the extremest opposition position as well.
Want to support black lives matter, you have to support the KKK.
Want to support gay rights, you have to support the Westbro Baptist Church.
Want to support women in the women in the workplace, you've got to support A Voice for Men.
@CriticalCupcake Since when are employers required to be viewpoint neutral? I'd like to see someone try to enforce this with Hobby Lobby or Chik-fil-A. I once worked for a church as their A/V operator, though I'm atheist. Would they expect the church to allow me the same amount of time as the pastor's sermon took to give a speech to the congregation about rationality and basing beliefs on evidence?
These positions are clearly absurd and attempting to use equality laws to enforce them is obscene and the path they are pursuing will ultimately harm almost everyone.
