Steven Cheung, Trump campaign spokesperson, has deleted his post claiming that Trump purchased a handgun in South Carolina. If true, Trump committed (another) federal crime. Cheung is now in full damage-control mode, denying that Trump purchased the gun.

Republicans have a majority in Congress, this is a disaster of their own creating. They needed to agree among themselves enough to pass a bill or compromise with Democrats enough to pass a bill. They did neither and went on vacation without any deal to keep our country running. If Republicans were serious about balancing the budget, they would reverse the 2017 tax cuts that gave corporations and the ultra wealthy huge breaks. They are just putting on a show because they can't actually lead.

@Hopeful @WeThePeople Most Republicans have been compromised by Putin. Since Trump became the nominee in 2016 the party's tough stance on Russia has flipped to repeating Russian talking points. Similar things have happened around the world by Russian agents recruiting far right politicians and Russian troll farms spreading their propaganda through social media.

Canada has 140 TLAV (M113) Armored Personnel Carriers. 67 are slated to be scrapped.
Armatec, a Canadian defense contractor, says they can refurbish them for Ukraine. The government is scrapping them anyway.
195 LAV II Bison APCs & 149 LAV II Coyote Armored Recon Vehicle are also slated to be removed from service this year.
Ukraine really needs those vehicles. Could y'all scream at your government please?
