Rage, absolutely rage, rage is called for but maybe don’t attack each other with said rage.

We have other work to do than tending to wounds we inflict upon each other.

Look I’m not saying I don’t want to hurl. Both my guts and things.

I do. And I may.

We are slipping into despair as a group when we need to be turning towards each other and seeking those out for whom today’s news may be far more devastating.

Find the most vulnerable. Remind them of your friendship and support.

Okay I give up.

At the very least, please form a single file line to the panic room.

Just breathe and listen to the the repetitive sound of the ocean and the tinnitus waves wash over you… WOOSH WOOSH WOOSH

My tinnitus is just refusing to quit this morning and it still can’t drown out this nonsense.

Never thought I’ve be near thankful for the distraction it brings. Huh. Go figure.

So you can’t make people do the right thing.

Doesn’t mean you should stop. In your own life. In what you do. In how you help those who need it. In how you don’t ignore suffering and lend a hand to a person you can reach somehow.

We are more than a politically lead group of people. We are people. We have responsibilities.

Reduce suffering anywhere you see it, and that should never change because of who may or may not be in charge.

We must remain who we are. Or we have lost. Everything.

I keep catching myself not exhaling.

I think it’s a national vibe at the moment.

Again the friendly reminder to stop grinding your teeth and breathe. In and also out. Don’t forget to do both repeatedly.

I think I specifically asked you not to panic.
