Ok so my housemate is a Christian, his family are Christians. Fairly nice people for the most part...but...
The preacher shows they they watch are so ridiculously pro-Trump it's sickening. Overheard part of the 700 club, how Biden hasn't lifted a finger to help Israel, now when Israel is about to win they're stopping weapons, but it's going to change in January when Trump takes over. Someone was complaining about trans people, but "don't worry, Trump will fix that too." 🤢
@nonayadambidnes It's a huge information bubble. I vaguely remember when evangelicals were largely apolitical.

@Coctaanatis Hungry for power that politics brings. And politicians know that evangelicals are an easy mark - promise them anything and you'll get their votes. Which is why Trump pretended to be a Christian in the first place
