Reminder -- the number of justices on the US Supreme Court is set forth by statute, and amending the law to enlarge the number would require passage by *both* houses of Congress.

@tgraph52 No, but he's apparently immune from prosecution for accepting bribes to pardon criminals or for having the military rub out his opponents. Or maybe the Court needs to revisit the concept of immunity for actions taken while exercising Presidential “core constitutional powers."
