@Coctaanatis my gut as a British Cosonaut is September or Octobr, as most folks will be at their main place of employment/education but you haven't reached election times and all its shenanigans
@Mauve_matelot Peak tourism in DC is during the miserable summer months. It's also when demonstrators flock to the city. Late September and October are better, as are April, May and early June. You'd think people would know better, but it's the same thing every year.
@Coctaanatis Spring is nice too. It's a bit hot in the summer and there are a lot of tourists.
