Hodges (2015, right to same-sex marriage), and Griswold v. Connecticut (1965, right to purchase contraception) are worse than Korematsu v. United States (1944, upheld exclusion of Americans of Japanese descent from the West Coast.)
The list shows a strong hostility towards a constitutional right to privacy.
