Over at Elon's place, the new proprietor has announced that he'll begin restoring most previously banned accounts starting next week.
He had previously stated he would create a moderation council to make those decisions, but, as Ron Ziegler would say, that statement is no longer operative.

A mirror is placed at the opposite side of the conference room table. A stack of documents is placed next to the room’s sole occupant. Elon smiles across at his favorite person and says, “Let this meeting of the Moderation Council begin. I move to let them all back on. Do I second? Yes, I believe I do. All in favor? I!
