Two Pennsylvania judges have been ordered to pay $200 million to hundreds of victims of the "Kids for Cash" scheme whereby they sentenced children to for-profit private lock-ups in exchange for kick-backs.

Note: getting a judgment and collecting on it are two very different things. It's unlikely the children will receive anything approaching the judment amount.

This really is a heartbreaking story of corrupt judges ruining young lives.
