What is the max upload size for media?
Images (PNG, JPG, GIF): ~8MB. Downscaled to 1.6 megapixels (roughly 1280x1280). You can attach up to 4 per post.
Video (MP4, M4V, MOV, WebM) ~40MB. Transcoded to H.264 MP4 with a maximum bitrate of 1300kbps and 60fps.
Audio (MP3, OGG, WAV, FLAC, OPUS, AAC, M4A, 3GP) ~40MB. Transcoded to MP3 using V2 VBR (192kbps)
If you're having a hard time uploading something, try reducing the file size. #CoSoTips
@CoSoTips How do I upload audio? When I try, it won't let me upload such files. Note this screenshot from my macbook: the file "dasseil.wav" is grayed out.
