@CoSoTips it would be cool if we got notifications while on the app though. As in if the little bell would have a number or turn a color when we have a new one.
@Sheilby24 @CoSoTips The desktop Notifications column has toggles for desktop and push notifications and for a sound to play when one comes in. But still, only while the website is open.

Erm, I recently poked around in the Notifications settings and now I can filter by favorites, mentions, boosts, DMs, polls, and follows. Not filtering is also an option. Please preserve this! XO

@CoSoTips one workaround: email notifications. If your device is set to get email notifications, then you could get your CoSo notifications that way.
The CounterSocial Notifications column provides two options: All and Mentions. Check your mentions when you reconnect to catch up on anything you might've missed.
It's a core feature of this place. We don't bother you when you're away, and we're here at your convenience. #CoSoTips
