As someone who used to have an issue with setting the gain on my microphone way too high during podcast recordings, listening to folks who’ve been around a lot longer than I have make the same mistakes annoys the hell out of me.
Lower your gain, stop standing way too close to the mic.

@DarksideStraxus Yep, I've come across that a good few times; 4K video, fancy lighting, shit sound. Makes me sad, thinking of all those unfilled compressors and limiters. Plugins have feelings too. 😞😉
