@ReneeVoiceBrand A distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack targets websites and servers by disrupting network services. The reason Twitter is playing up is because it's DDOSing itself, by sending itself 10 requests per second. I'm no coder but know enough to know that's top level incompetence. 🔝
