Yeah, I really don't think it should be my job to do the troubleshooting, identifying port switch issues, come up with solutions to resolve the port switch issues for the network maintenance providers we actually pay to monitor troubleshoot, and identify port switch issues, to come up with the solutions, and to resolve the port switch issues.
