Took another step in the right direction today and finally deleted my 15 year old FB.
And I feel nothing but relief and feeedom. CoSo is where I am at anyway, but felt some crazy need to keep it. Learning more and more how to let go of things. Physical and otherwise. It feels good.
I deactivated twitter again.

Been off twitter for a couple years now. Best decision I made. Amazing how you can come here and find people posting fav music, great articles, beautiful photos. Funny memes and pizza wars. This is SM that is good for your soul.
