Okay, everybody give me a hand. What is your favorite thing to do when you are sad to lift you up? What helps blast away the melancholy when it hits you?

With you here-- been feeling the sads myself lately. Couple suggestions:

- Move your body, take in some fresh air and get your circulation going. Go for a walk, exercise, ride a stationary bike, etc.

- Look at something you find beautiful and comforting. For me that's photos of houses and interiors on Instagram (go figure). YMMV.

- Read a favorite book, watch a fun movie.

- Talk with a friend if their available.
