@CinnamonGirlE Nice! When I worked in Andover I used to cut work some afternoons to go to Salisbury Beach. I live on the other side of Boston now, so haven't been there in 20 years or so.

Maybe someday I will get up that way. I live on the east coast, but in the south. I have been up north but not specifically to the coastal portion, just NY, and Boston. Maybe someday.
@CinnamonGirlE I grew up landlocked (TX, which has a coast, but it was about 200mi away) and am not that into the beach, but I now live about 3mi from a (lower-quality) beach, so I try to make sure to do at least one beach day a year since it's so proximate. It's nice to take a good couple-mile walk along it in the summer, too.

I like beach walking too. Something peace inducing about it. I do love the coast, and we have beaches here. But they are hours away, and I live in the mountains. I adore the mountains, but I enjoy going places I've never seen. And the whole New England area is some place I would love to see. Just haven't made it there to do that yet.
