I've been unable to upload a photo of our recent snow... for a few days, now. All I have to do, is touch the camera icon and poof goes my text box and it also kicks me back to the sign out page (if I'm lucky.) Most times, it shuts down CoSo completely. Yes, I've restarted. Yes, I've uninstalled & reinstalled. Yes, I've leared cache & data. Still POOF. Tips & Help would be appreciated!
It seems like the app has been super buggy of late, usually on iPhones. Sounds like you're talking about the app.
What happens when you try from a normal browser? I mean, browsers will revert to mobile display if narrow enough, so you could use the "app" interface just by using a browser.
That would mean, probably, that (a) you have fewer problems most the time, & (2) you don't need to have yet another app installed.
Oh, and yeah, file size. All that. Like @singlemaltgirl said.
@CindyMc how big are the photos? can you try downloading the photos to your computer, screenshotting them & trying to upload the screen shot to coso?
if you can do that, it may be that your og photos are way too big for coso.
