Urgent help required! Also not a real emergency just me being a drama lama.
I had to write some holiday cards today and whilst most referred to Christmas my sentiment was always festive season.
I want to wish people all the best for the holiday season, but hate that particular saying and others.
Should I just say Christmas and mean winter equinox (Yule) or should I be braver and say what I mean?
Have a cool Yule seems like a good middle ground to me.

@Booga about a decade ago, I decided I didn’t really care about the contemporary politics surrounding the history of a holiday and just say “Merry Christmas” because that’s what I am actually doing. I can understand contradictory beliefs simultaneously and not assign them some higher meaning. Robert Anton Wilson, gang.
