CoSo is exactly what you make of it.

Set so that you yourself curate the look. You can add or remove columns, slide them right or left, pin columns using hashtags, filter topics/ words, mute/block anyone who upsets your sensibilities. Ostrich mode halts the moving bits. You can even use size option to enlarge the words and columns for better viewing.
