Do you remember people calling the one on the left a “sliding pond” I heard it as a kid, and my ex used to say it.

We just called it a slide.

@ChippySuave I miss the playgrounds being made of wood and steel. Tempered my hands and buns in a crucible.

@ChippySuave Sitting in the bed of pick up trucks, sitting at the back end of station wagons without seatbelts on, riding dirt bikes without a helmet … I actually think it’s a bit of a miracle we survived!
