It is understandable we are shocked (again) and angry about the , dismayed and frustrated, feeling like we are shouting into the abyss while perplexed we all know someone who doesn't seem nearly as outraged enough to satisfy our sensibilities.
But we would all do well to remember that nearly nothing in this world is original... we are caught in the cycle of history.

But I beg you... stay alert. Stay angry. Stay motivated. Stay awake until after you VOTE BLUE. With a joined effort, we can again wake up one day and not have to be inundated with ceaseless "news" about what a fuckery this presidency is.

This administration genuflects to the people who came before us—those who subscribed to the practices of intended cruelty, malicious torture, and concentrated evil—and emulates their ways with pride.
I know that incessant anger is wearying. I know with one manufactured crisis after another with this administration, the idea of shutting down and burying our heads under covers has a certain appeal, especially to save our own sanity.
