I must say.. I LOVE when, though here under aliases and phony avatars, one of our own feels comfortable & confident enough to share a picture of their real selves. It makes me appreciate the #CoSoFamily element of this place even more.
And while I do realize there are group of ultra-aware security peeps here who would strongly suggest to never share any truth of identities..
I love even more that others feel such strong binds and choose to disregard, even if only for a few short minutes. 💟
@Jsabinas And that's okay too.. it is all about your comfort level, right? I think selfies are hard to take unless one has one of those rare faces that looks good from every angle. My phone camera tends to either shorten or elongate my face.. or perhaps I don't know what I look like. LOL
But I also detest the candid photos where my mouth seems weird or my jaw looks 51 yo instead of 22. 🤣
Personally, I can find beauty in everyone. I like to break down the parts rather than look at the whole.
@ChippySuave The only reason I don't is out of respect. I don't look great IRL lately. It can be a little cringe worthy some days so I like comical representation instead. You all can use your imagination. Maybe if hubs captures a good moment. But I never do selfies. It's just too hard remembering how things .... Well NVM.
