@Ch3fchr1sto Yumba! I made chicken parm today, myself, but I love Asian-based cooking. I just resupplied my 7 spice powder and Mirin, both of which I'd run out of.

@Ch3fchr1sto Understood. For a variant, I do sometimes do an eggplant parm, or I go the other way and make Katsu / Katsu Sando.
