I was just reading an article about an oath keepers member being in court to be removed from the legislature for violating A14S3. I’m not a lawyer but apparently cases can be filed locally to remove for sedition. It doesn’t have to have a criminal prosecution first. I would like to see some attorneys weigh in. These suits should be filed all over the country.

FORT WORTH: Closing arguments will begin today in the case against an officer who shot and killed a woman in her bedroom. The jury will then be given instructions by the judge before they go to the deliberation room.
