A warning: Just because this generation of right-wing judges has been reluctant to simply assign wins to Republicans regardless of what the voters say does *not* mean that, in the future, the Federalist Society (or its post-TFG equivalent) won't recruit more Aileen Cannons who are willing to do just that. Remember it took 50 years for them to put enough extremist judges in the pipeline to overturn Roe v. Wade. They could do that again.

@Morgawr It's standard practice across the medical profession in the United States that gender affirming surgery is not done until after the patient's 18th birthday. Anything else is an aberration that should be addressed specifically and not as someone out there somewhere which sounds like false propaganda meant to manipulate certain people.
