@Spagesgallo1 I feel ya’, he was apparently more of active crowd participation than directly causing harm to individuals or property. Still, the nature of the offense calls for a stricter sentence.

The overall nature of the offense is utterly abhorrent. I couldn't agree with you more about the need for stricter sentencing. He committed a crime on federal government property. Someone else on Long Island was also recently sentenced. He was more actively involved with harming the Capital Police. Lock him up and throw away the key!
