@Bix Mitchell was a more interesting Jazz & Rock drummer, and the Miles on the Band of Gypsies live album works for me. An aside, maybe repeating myself, I saw Buddy Miles, Billy Cox, and Randy Hansen doing a Hendrix tribute at Chicago’s Cubbie Bear; small club big talented performance.
