@Bix investors and Biotech executives might want to reconsider the cost/benefit of backing Republicans. Imagine the chaos of putting drug approval/market placement in the hands of courts. Competitors could sue through dark money to attack peer drugs. Approvals could be overturned at the federal or state levels. It’s already a big ask for venture capital (the last saw movement away from the sector) as the time and potential for approval is very low. Chaos breeds chaos.
