If you haven't already, definitely follow @CoSoTips and post your specific questions w/the #help tag. I've found that I get responses VERY quickly when I do that!

Yep, some of us have #help pinned. If you don't find your answer in the guide (the best 1st step: https://help.counter.social ), then posting w/ #CoSoHelp or #Help ought to get someone's attention.

Welcome. As others say, following & looking thru the posts of @CoSoTips will give you useful advice on this place.
Yes, the web interface ("desktop") has many more features & is more customizable, but while you're getting used to CoSo, the mobile display may be easier.
