🚨There is a state Supreme Court #election in April that could FLIP THE COURT'S PHILOSOPHICAL LEAN!!!
While officially, judicial elections are nonpartisan, obvi, some candidate will be more progressive than others.

The retiring justice is quite conservative, so this represents one HELLA opportunity to make a BIG difference in how law (and its application) is interpreted here.

@CLManussier Sorry, the term is a bit ambiguous. That's why I refer to the Progressives, as they call themselves, more accurately as the socialist populists. In contrast, liberals are progressive in the general sense.
I'm all for installing more liberal judges; that's one of the things Biden has excelled at.
