Someday in the future we will have a national election that is NOT described as "the most important election of your lifetime".
@Boyceaz That refrain superseded calling every Democratic candidate "the most liberal ever". It would be nice to progress to more civility, but I have a strong feeling it's going to get worse before it possibly gets better.

Wouldn't that be nice? Something like "Both of these are excellent candidates, and it's really hard to decide between them. We have our preference, but we know that if the other candidate wins, the country will also be in careful and competent hands."
