So I've been using the Hinge app for joint pain for four weeks now, and I am liking it. It reminds me as often as I want it to, doesn't bug me otherwise. It prescribes a continually changing set of stretches taking less than 20 min per session, and provides access to a human coach and orthopedist if I need/want.

I feel like my neck pain is down overall by ~20%.
