that's a very biased statement.
Overseas people are allowed in very early to hang out with friends.
Its obvious that was not considered in the planning of the game.

Impatient ticket holders have done that at South American and European games. In fact, there are EU countries that have banned unruly fans from their countries for behaviour just like that.
