@Zaptrapped Proud of you. Stopping is not easy. I stopped 16 yrs ago. Before that I stopped for almost a year and started again. I had a reason to stop. To help my mom stop. Neither one of us have gone back. Best of luck. If you need to talk or vent I'm here to help 👊
