Received a $300 prepaid VISA debit rewards card for being a loyal customer. Can't use it for any online transactions. I've tried multiple ways - you can only use it for in person point-of-sale transactions.

Ones I’ve had you have to go to their website and register the card- and it may or may not work. I’ve even had problems using them at pos.
