Guy who couldn't figure out what a 'forgot password' link on a login page is, just screeched at me about how he's actually a 'computer expert' (his words) then promptly rage quit and suicided his account.

Sounds like the employee who stood in our reception area, making sure EVERYONE could hear he went to MIT - raged about not being able to log on and the favor he was doing us by being an employee. Came back and rage quit a week later when he forgot the password he set a week earlier, and couldn’t log on again.
