Something fun to do.
Step 1 - Build several mounds of snow in your yard.
Step 2 - Make eye holes in the mounds, facing the neighbor’s house.
Step 3 - Add glow sticks.

I did this just this last snowstorm, thanks to the same pic you posted. I've had it saved in my pictures for years, but we haven't had enough snow. They're in the streetlight though, so they lose their umph 😕
Pro tip: use a 5gal bucket to pack the mounds, flip, then shape. I knocked out like 5 that way in the time it took me to make 1 freehand. You can probably tell which is which lol
