thank you for doing this. I was so engrossed in solving a problem for my most important client -me, that at 3:15pm, while on hold and being transferred for the 4th time, I realized I had not eaten in 8 hrs nor drank any water. 🤦

I was so focused I hadnt checked in. Saw your post and got extra water to compensate for the amount I didnt drink earlier.
