@JulesofJoy The most powerful men on earth want it that way, the same reason everything political is executed. Strife, stress, anger, and a disenfranchised public is what they want and unfortunately It might be one of their best attributes at work.
There is plenty of reason to question Trump. However, IMO, this failure is on us. Trump is a convicted felon, every single day our media and citizens should be clamoring for him to be sentenced, any other outcome makes a mockery of every single law in this country. Putin may be blackmailing Trump, but we are the ones who are too timid to imprison him, the USA lost the staring contest to the Trump family.
