Meaning: a) Republicans voted for Abortion measures; b) there was only a small overall increase in voter turnout when Abortion was on the ballot
This does suggest, though, that making the argument that a president who will either sign or veto (worst case scenario assumes R House and Senate) a nation-wide ban might persuade some of those Rs #voting to protect #AbortionRights that they *might* need to hold their noses and vote #KamalaHarris.
