BELOW ARE THE LEGAL AND FINANCIAL REASONS BIDEN CAN"T STEP DOWN IF WE ARE TO SAVE OUR DEMOCRACY!
@Bliss Thanks so much for posting this. I wish they'd do a billboard & a full page ad in all the major newpapers, starting withe New York Times (except they don't deserve the ad revenue/)
none of them deserve it.
I like how that last point blames Bernie supporters for being upset the DNC outright stole the nomination from them.
But at least Debbie Wasserman Shultz lost her job. Democracy saved. Well done, everyone.
@Pungent
Let's see
Hillary is one of the most popular and well prepared Presidential Candidate of our lifetime per polls, but Bernie's delegates and supporters thought that receiving 19% of primary delegate votes entitled him to the nomination.
Sorry, but that math aint mathing.
Kinda weird how 20,000 primary ballots went missing in NY, and somehow she managed to come up with just barely enough to win NY, and thus the primary.
Why would anyone even bring up something like the 2016 election, if there weren't trying to create division?
Weird how your "facts" have no source.
Also, the fourth point is wrong because the DNC convention hasn't been held, so there is no official candidate yet.
Honestly, where did you find this trash?
Unlike your fiction of 20K missing ballots in NY, I do have facts based on NYS Atty General Investigation. I also have personal knowledge from working as a Legislative Analyst in both DC & NY and I have volunteered as a poll worker since 2015.
Just like thr recent NY primary, lots of folks showed up to vote who were not registered to vote or were Independent. NY is a closed primary. A Bipartisan legislature, which in 2015 had a slim majority Republican, set the cutoff of voter reg.
Again, if you're going to opine on my threads please do it based on facts and not on the bot info you've collected.
The way things work at the convention is everyone follows the delegate rules each state committed to. At present Biden has 90% of primary delegates. These delegates are committed exclusively to him. Only Biden can release these delegates to vote for someone else. only general delegates can vote for whomever they want. That number is less than half of the total Deleg
Here's those "fictional" citations from "the bots", you strawmanned.

Which doesn't at all answer the question to why you would feel it should be mentioned, nor where you found your "totally cool, really legal, trust me bro" all caps declaration.
@Pungent
Research DNC convention rules
Research FEC for
- candidate declaration
- receiving matching federal funding
- financial rules of expenditures and transfers of money
Are you saying you made the original image in the first post yourself from information found on the FEC website?
Because this is starting to feel suspiciously evasive.
I've given you info, links and your own posted articles have prove me right. If you're too lazy to do their own research no one can help you.
Why won't you say where you found the image?
@Pungent
The Lawsuit failed because voters didnt follow the rules set by bipartisan legislative body that were passed in 1960 and did not change till the pandemic.
As in every state, if you do not vote in 2 election cycles you are purged from the rolls. Anybody who listens to the news or opens their mail knows this. The BOE send out notices to voters before each election reminding them of ALL THESE RULES.
But thanks for posting an article that confirms everything I said.
That's funny, I knew you were going to cherry pick that while I was reading it.
Still begs the question; why even bring it up in the first place?
I just mentioned the ones that straight up disappeared.
I wasn't counting all the hundreds of thousands of ballots that were flat out rejected.
...any for whatever it's worth, I appreciate the clean numbers, and I did have to recheck my own recollection.
Thank you.
@Bliss I really wish that the news would read this daily.
