The last jury I served on was a complex criminal case with 9 felony counts. The trial took 3 weeks to present and the 9 counts took 4 days to decide and finalize. We were almost hung on the highest criminal charge. that took a day to deliberate. We want back to the judge to review video and audio evidence 5 times.
This case in Manhattan is 31 counts, 11 of which are the signed checks by DJT.
I estimate and predict this jury will take over a week to decide on all 31 charges.
