Here's my 3 tips:
1. Algorithms don't exist here, so engagement doesnt have any impact.
2. Authentic engagement is valued more than likes and follows, so people only follow back if they like the experience of engaging with you.
3. Just have fun while sharing your interests and even the introverts will follow without engaging you.
4. The edit/redraft feature is the bomb!
