Im doing the expat thing this summer and will be working from Asia where they have purple yam ice cream and a purple mcFlurry. It not a good or bad because all I tasted was chemical additives and sugar. π€·ββοΈ

At the airport in Lima I learned that 'preservativos' does not have the same meaning in South America as it does in the Caribbean. I have since learned to ask if food has: preservativos quimicos en los alimentos (since I'm allergic to most) instead of what I asked that day of a chef:
if he used preservativos.
I still die πππ€£ thinking of it till this day.
