A reviewer for “All quiet on the western front” thinks the Nazis were part of WW1, and that the movie glamorizes war.

The book Starship Troopers was (afaik) the only book Heinlein wrote that supported the idea of any kind of fascist government.

The movie deliberately lampooned this every chance it got.

Up to and including putting Neil Patrick Harris' character in an SS uniform.

The movie is basically just satire of the book. And it looks like some reviewer didn't figure that out.

I was talking a guy online who said he wanted to live in that universe and I was like “You want to live in a fascist world?”

The guy was bold faced confused and tried to argue it wasn’t fascist and they were just protecting themselves Lol.
