@LlamaMountainStudioArts My roomate is not a citizen. He has a green card and works for a telescope company now for 15 years. I think he's afraid of taking tests so he never tried to become a citizen.

@Blackwolf @LlamaMountainStudioArts He should investigate what happens to him if he becomes incapacitated. I don't know the rules now, but as a kid, the gov't tried to deport my grandma when she was incapacitated. A long time ago.
