The most exhausting part about looking for jobs is interview prep. Not the research or question prep but the work it takes to put yourself in a good frame of mind to speak to other humans about why you want the job and why they should hire you. It's not the rejection that wears me out it's the knocking on doors after having it slammed in your face.
