@Unkfrank mix all ingredients except the one egg yolk. let rise and smash it some more. make 4 strands and go online to see how to braid. brush w yolk and throw in 350° oven 40 min!
@Blackwolf I dunno why, but the braiding scares me for some reason - must be the older and whiter part of me. Do you use bread flour, all-purpose flour, magic dust, er, flour...?
